About Online Small Group Coaching

Achieving real fitness results can be challenging, but the best part is you don’t have to journey alone. OwlFit’s Online Small Groups offer you the unique opportunity to reach your health and fitness goals with the support of a Transformation Coach and small group community. Each 4-week program includes a professionally designed workout program with video demonstrations, success strategies, a training calendar, workout logs, and a progress tracker to track your success. In order to keep you motivated, you will also have daily access and regular interactions with your Transformation Coach and small group community through the Microsoft Teams platform. Your coach will also provide additional support with 1-on-1 accountability check-ins throughout the program. Join a small group coaching program today to challenge your mind and body!

  • Are you ready to finally learn proper exercise techniques that will build the total-body strength you’ve always wanted? Our “Strength Training for Women” Online Summer Small Group will take your body to new levels, increase your strength, and help you build lean toned muscles. Your Transformation Coach and fitness support team will keep you motivated and accountable for four full weeks and are guaranteed to help you reach your goal!   • Increase your flexibility and strength with our “Core and Flexibility” Online Small Group. Challenge your body and its physical capabilities for four weeks using bodyweight-based movements that will transform your body by strengthening and defining your core and back muscles and leaving you more flexible! All levels welcomed from beginner to advanced! Register today while space is available and join your Transformation Coach and fitness support team!

  • Boot Camp will push you to your fitness limits and challenge your athletic ability. Transform your body in only four weeks being drilled through both cardio and strength-based training. This small group program provides exhilarating and high-intensity sessions using bodyweight exercises and calisthenics. All fitness levels are welcomed!   • Lower Intensity same results! Our "Cardio-Strength and Mobility" Online Small Group will allow you to become more mobile and flexible as you burn fat and build muscles. For four weeks, you will engage in online sessions built on continuous, progressive, and corrective movements that challenge your full body's ability! A great program to begin your fitness journey that will safely progress you from whatever your stage one may be; all fitness levels are welcomed.
