About Small Group Coaching

Achieving real fitness results can be challenging, but the best part is you don’t have to journey alone. OwlFit’s Small Groups offer you the unique opportunity to reach your health and fitness goals with the support of a Transformation Coach and small group community. To provide you the best options that fit your needs we are offering our small groups in-person or online. If you join us in-person you will meet twice a week with your small group, and automatically receive access to our online program and all the resources that are included.  
 
The online program includes a professionally designed workout program with exercise video demonstrations, success strategies, a training calendar, workout logs, and a progress tracker to track your success. In order to keep you motivated, you will also have daily access and regular interactions with your Coach and small group community through the Microsoft Teams platform. Your coach will also provide additional support with 1-on-1 accountability check-ins throughout the program. Join a small group coaching program today to challenge your mind and body!

Fall 2020 Offerings:

  • Lower Intensity same results! Our "Tone and Flex" Online Small Group will allow you to become more mobile and flexible as you build strength and burn fat. For four weeks, you will engage in online sessions built on continuous, progressive, and corrective movements that challenge your full body's ability! A great program to begin your fitness journey that will safely progress you from whatever your stage one may be; all fitness levels are welcomed. Join your Transformation Coach and fitness support team and register today while space is available!

Our “Strength Training for Women” Small Group will take your body to new levels, increase your strength, and help you build lean toned muscles. Your Transformation Coach and fitness support team will keep you motivated and accountable for four full weeks and are guaranteed to help you reach your goal!
