  • is a dynamic class that will combine flowing yoga movements with Pilates exercises to strengthen and lengthen your body.

  • is focused on the fundamentals of strength training utilizing a variety of equipment. This class is intended for beginners or anyone looking to sharpen their form. Intensity levels range from moderate to high depending on your goals.

Dance

  • is a fusion of Latin and International music/dance themes that create a dynamic and exciting environment. Based on the principles that a workout should be "fun and easy to do". The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.
  • is an opportunity to learn Zumba through a slower, more instructional environment. Rather than jump into the deep end of a Zumba class and struggle to keep up with its intensity, you can now learn key movements and dance sets that will give you confidence to advance when you’re ready.

  • is a mix of all your favorite hip hop, pop and international songs and rhythms all in one class! Hear your favorite songs while dancing your favorite moves for a dynamic, fun filled, cardio and dance fitness class! Get ready because it’s time to WERK!

Cardio

  • is a great cardiovascular workout. Pedal through hill climbs, sprints, and many other challenging drills and exercises. All levels are welcome. Cycle45 is everything you love about cycling in 45 minutes and Cycle Express is a 30-minute version.
  • is an instructional and high energy class. Learn proper boxing technique that you will apply in practical situations. Each class will include a variety of bag work, shadowboxing, partner work, footwork, cardio, and other strength-based exercises. Personal boxing gloves are recommended.
