    Why do you love teaching?  
    I love teaching because of the feeling it gives me. Knowing that I am potentially helping and making a big impact in someone else's life or in their fitness journey brings so much warmth to my heart. Seeing my patrons have fun and work hard to reach their own personal goals puts a huge smile on my face. I love health and fitness and being able to lead people to live a healthier lifestyle is all I really want to do!

          I love teaching because I get to see the growth of my students. I love being able to create a class that makes others feel empowered while having fun.

          Dance is the perfect workout! You can build confidence, release stress, overcome depression, improve your cardiovascular health, gain flexibility, enhance your memory, and help obtain better balance and coordination all with burning those calories.
