    • Multi Activity Court Gym

      The MAC Gym in the Student Recreation and Activities Center will be closed from 3pm on Monday, March 18 until 6pm on Tuesday, March 19. 

      Visit the Health Fair on Tuesday, March 19 for over 15 free health screenings hosted by Health Promotion and Wellness

          Can you climb a mile high? The Climbing Gym is hosting the 5.280 Challenge through the end of March.

            Part II of the OwlFit Group Fitness Schedule is now in session! Check out the group fitness class offerings for the Spring 2019 semester. Instructor-led fitness classes are offered in a variety of different formats, including: Yoga, Cycling, Zumba®, Bootcamp, & more! 

            Fitness classes are included in your recreation membership! Just bring your KSU ID!
