The Student Recreation and Activities Center houses the Department of Sports and Recreation and Health Promotion and Wellness.

    The Student Recreation and Activities Center and the Recreation and Wellness Center will be operating on adjusted hours November 25, 2020. The recreation centers will be open 7:00am-6:30pm. Reservations are required. 

    The Student Recreation and Activities Center indoor pool will have modified hours Wednesday November 25 - 7:00am -1:00pm.

    The Owls Nest and The Perch will be closed November 23-29, 2020. 

    All Sports and Recreation facilities will be closed November 26-29, 2020.

      Department of Sports and Recreation is committed to mitigating the risk to COVID-19 exposure for our students, patrons, and staff. We are implementing safety guidelines for facilities, programs, and services to include increased cleaning protocols, social distancing, modified occupancy and updated code of conduct for use of all recreation facilities.

        Reservations are required to enter the recreation facilities. All reservations will take place online.


        Reservation time slots are for 90 minutes. Time slots will open 48 hours in advance.  

        Please do not enter the facility until your time slot is beginning.  

        Only one reservation per person per day.

            The Health and Well-Being newsletter helps inform students of the health and well-being programs, services, and resources that are available from six offices including Health Promotion and Wellness, Center for Young Adult Addiction and Recovery, Department of Sports and Recreation, Counseling and Psychological Services, CARE Services, and Student Disability Services.
